Booking Policy

Surfing is an inherently dynamic sport. All participants are required to complete a short waiver before their first session acknowledging the risks involved.

Sessions are confirmed with a 30% deposit. Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance receive a full refund. Between 48 hours and 7 days, 50% is refunded. No refund applies within 48 hours of the session.

If a session is cancelled by Satori Surf for safety reasons, you receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
